How to Work With Us

1. Submit a staffing request via our quote form, listing your event date, guest count, and roles needed.
2. We confirm availability within 4 hours and send a staffing proposal.
3. Staff are confirmed and assigned. You receive names and briefing info 48 hours before.
4. Staff arrive on time, briefed on your expectations.

Minimum Notice

Standard bookings require 72 hours notice. Rush bookings (under 48 hours) are available from our on-call pool at a 20–50% premium depending on availability.

Why We're Not a Gig App

Most staffing platforms drop workers into your event with minimal vetting or oversight. We operate differently: every person we place has worked real events, been reviewed by our operations team, and is briefed specifically on your expectations before they arrive. If someone doesn't show, we replace them internally — you're never left to figure it out yourself.

2025 GTA Staff Rates

Rates are hourly and billed by role. There are no agency placement fees or markups beyond what's quoted.

• Bartenders — $38–48/hr
• Line Cooks — $35–45/hr
• Sous / Head Chefs — $55–95/hr
