How the Recurring Model Works
Venues with consistent event schedules benefit from our recurring staffing model. After an initial setup call, you can request staff for upcoming events with 48 hours notice. We maintain a roster of staff familiar with your venue, service style, and expectations — so you're not re-briefing from scratch every booking.

2025 Venue Staffing Rates
All rates are hourly per staff member. No per-booking agency fees.
- Servers — $28–35/hr (formal or casual service)
- Bartenders — $38–48/hr (Smart Serve, full bar experience)
- Kitchen Staff / Line Cooks — $35–45/hr
- Head / Sous Chefs — $55–95/hr
