Already have a caterer you love? Our most popular wedding model is Managed Staffing — your caterer focuses on the food, we manage all the service staff. Two vendors operating in sync, one smooth event. Many of our clients come to us because their caterer couldn't source enough reliable servers on their own.
Realistic Staffing Ratios for Weddings
A common question: how many servers do I need? General guide for plated dinners:
- Under 50 guests — 2–3 servers
- 50–100 guests — 4–6 servers + 1 bartender
- 100–200 guests — 7–10 servers + 2 bartenders
- 200+ guests — custom staffing plan, get in touch
